Position: Sales Accounts and Business Executive

Description: AFRO MUSIC AWARDS UK AND RENTALS LTD is looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Accounts and Business Executives to join our team in England. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, including art galleries, museums, collectors, architects, designers, and other stakeholders in the art and culture industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, conducting market research, attending industry events, and networking to generate leads and expand the foundation’s customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including artists, designers, and production staff, to understand product offerings, pricing, and capabilities, and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the art, design, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
