Description: AFRO MUSIC AWARDS UK AND RENTALS LTD is seeking talented Management Consultants and Business Analysts to join our team at our Wigan location. As a Management Consultant or Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our foundation, contributing to the sustainable development of our organization and the promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational processes, systems, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and operational solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights and best practices in management consulting and business analysis.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to foster collaboration, alignment, and innovation across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP, CBAP) preferred.
- Proven experience in management consulting, business analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within the arts, culture, or non-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a passion for driving organizational excellence and positive change.
